30 Calorie Peanut Butter & Chocolate Brownies

These 30 calorie peanut butter and chocolate brownies are grain-free, sugar-free, dairy free, soy-free, low-fat, easy to digest, and delicious!

2 egg whites

½ c almond milk or other dairy substitute

3 T water

Subscribe to our mailing list

3 packets Truvia or other sweetener

1 t. vanilla

1 c peanut butter powder (PB Fit, PB2, Jif, etc.)

½ c cocoa powder

1 t baking soda

1 t baking powder

Hershey’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325. Spray a non-stick 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray. (9×9 will work of course, but the brownies will be smaller.)

Slightly whisk the egg whites. Add sweetener and vanilla to the egg whites and stir well.

In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir well. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes or til set in the middle of the pan. Edges should be firm and dry.

Cool before slicing, then drizzle with Hershey’s sugar-free chocolate syrup.

These are fantastic on top of 40 calorie ice cream!
